One thing I have is power over my thoughts, my words, my actions; not outside events. Realizing this, I find STRENGTH. With each new day comes opportunity to rejuvenate inner STRENGTH to cultivate fresh thoughts, encouraging words, and compassionate actions. Though it is tempting to look outside of myself for confidence, through other people, places or things, may I always be reminded that the source of STRENGTH always is found within.
