The truth will either haunt you or heal you. It depends on how much illusion is used to secure one's foundation. One can face what has been avoided at any time, but there is no short cut. Sometimes, déjà vu resets the clock and one can find themselves back at a new beginning. One can take what one has learnt only by way of responsibility. Graduation. However it is also a possibility that the repeated choice to ignore the truth may manifest a new set of destination co-ordinates entirely. We affect our future every day. ~Floetry (Natalie Stewart)

RESPONSIBILITY: The ability to choose your response. Today, I take RESPONSIBILITY for my thoughts, words and actions. I will not give away my RESPONSIBILITY, my freedom to choose, to be, to another through the conduit of blame, fear, or resentment.

Peace

If you want peace, stop fighting. If you want peace of mind, stop fighting with your thoughts. ~Peter McWilliams

Peace is
…a world that is of love and an enjoyable place to live.
Peace is
    …a calm spirit.
Peace is
…the freedom to “be” and express Self openly.
Peace is
    …a serene mind.
Peace is
    …strength.
Peace is
    …contagious.
Peace is
    …a choice.

Strength

The task ahead of you is never greater than the strength within you. ~Unknown
Image Source: Anders Pavia Nordhagen - Aalborg, Denmark
One thing I have is power over my thoughts, my words, my actions; not outside events. Realizing this, I find STRENGTH. With each new day comes opportunity to rejuvenate inner STRENGTH to cultivate fresh thoughts, encouraging words, and compassionate actions. Though it is tempting to look outside of myself for confidence, through other people, places or things, may I always be reminded that the source of STRENGTH always is found within.

For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace”
(Isaiah 9:6, AMP)
When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, not only is your eternity secure, but you become a child of the Most High God. You instantly have an Everlasting Father! Think about that word everlasting. It means that before the beginning of time, the Father was there. He was waiting for you to accept Him and become a child of His.
I can only imagine that He was excited and anticipating that day just like a father would anticipate the birth of his child in the natural. I can imagine that each day God would think, “Is it today?” I don’t know what your experience has been with your earthly father, but God is a good and perfect Father. He loves you with an everlasting love. He loves everything about you so much that He notices when a single hair falls from your head. He accepts you just the way you are, and He loves you enough to guide you and work His character in you. And, He will be your Father from now until eternity! He will never leave you nor forsake you! Thank Him today for being your Everlasting Father!

Warm weather fosters growth: cold weather destroys it. Thus a man with an unsympathetic temperament has a scant joy: but a man with a warm and friendly heart overflowing blessings, and his beneficence will extend to posterity ~Hung Tzu-Cheng

Today is made up of a collection of moments of life filled with faith, hope, and love. I will use each moment to be motivated and empowered by the heart and soul. May my existence leave a residue within the Universe that FOSTERS love and peace.

O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever!”(1 Chronicles 16:34, AMP)

No matter what is going on in life, you can find a reason to thank God. What you dwell on is what you will draw into your life. You can either focus on your problems, or you can focus on your blessings. The question is: do you want more problems, or do you want more blessings?
One thing I’ve noticed is that when you live with an attitude of constant gratitude, not only do you thank God for what He’s done in your life, you start thanking Him for what He will do in your life. You thank Him for opening doors for you. You thank Him for increasing you. You thank Him for bringing the right people into your life. When you say “thank you” to God for the things that are coming, it’s really a declaration of your faith in Him. You are saying in essence, “God, I’m so sure of Your goodness, I’m so sure that You’re working in my life that I’m going to thank You right now for what You are going to do for me this blessed day!!"
When we trust in His goodness and believe that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, that pleases His heart so much. So today, have an attitude of gratitude. Let your faith say thank you. Praise Him throughout the day with a humble heart and watch what He will do on your behalf!
In Jesus name Amen!!~ I love you:)

Life never ceases to amaze me with the stops and starts and fades. The moments you are afraid will last forever never do. The ones you wish would never end always do. But that curse is also the blessing that cures.
If only we could know just how long it takes for the wounds to heal while enduring the pain.

We hold tight to the moments fearing what comes next, but all we have is now.
The spiral never stops. Just like the moon above, it wanes & waxes, ebbs and flows.
Grateful for potential beginnings and mourning the inevitable endings. Savoring the taste of now.

Today do not hesitate to live in a nothing-less-than SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS way. Just look around, look up and look down, look inside and out, find something that makes you exclaim:
"SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS!"
I guarantee it will put a smile on your face amid any kind of circumstance. Just as Mary Poppins said, "even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious, if you say it loud enough, you'll always sound precocious!
"SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS!"
Life is too short, our days are soon passed, to live it any other way!:):)
All my life I had been looking for something, and everywhere I turned someone tried to tell me what it was. I accepted their answers too, though they were often in contradiction and even self-contradictory. I was naïve. I was looking for myself and asking everyone except myself questions which I, and only I, could answer. It took me a long time and much painful boomeranging of my expectations to achieve a realization everyone else appears to have been born with: that I am nobody but myself.

Today, if you will, consider: We are born on this Earth for a purpose. Yes, we are all of one Source, but we also are born of different colors, personalities, and energy. We are born with purpose. We are born with AUTHENTICITY. Is there anything more important in life than to honor the AUTHENTICITY of you? What is your true nature? You are born on this Earth to express your true nature and to allow your light of AUTHENTICITY to shine and cultivate in the Universe. Simply, living a life of AUTHENTICITY is about living truth of heart and soul.  In what ways do you allow the guidance of truth and wisdom lead you to be the real you each and every day? Being authentic in the world is creating and living your highest purpose. Is AUTHENTICITY something you visit from time to time or is it where you live 24/7?

Love who you are

Not judging is the essence of self-acceptance, which continues as an important theme in my own life.  I see ever more clearly that if I don’t fully love and accept myself, I’m just caught in an endless cycle of seeking external validation.  In relationships, through work, in blogging, in competitive activities, in spiritual endeavors, in myriad ways.
While relying on external validation sometimes works for awhile, sooner or later, it only activates a continuous loop of hope and fear, which generates suffering and discontent.  But, of course, it’s difficult to disconnect from all the subtle ways we seek outer validation, isn’t it?   This form of hope and fear simply is the modus operandi for many of us.  It confirms our existence and keep us from experiencing that terrifying sense of groundlessness that is actually the way things are.
meditation and keeping my fait are two ways that I nourish self-acceptance.   It may not be obvious, but meditation can also be a way to express compassion for ourselves when we refrain from judging what arises in our mind.
I’m also working on self-acceptance by taking responsibility for my emotions, being honest about my limitations, and clear about what’s true for me.  I assure you it’s all a work in progression and not a final work of art!
And, I take some time to write a note to myself when I feel a need for encouragement and write to my God who made me absolutely unique and who made me who I am this day.He inspires me to become more the person that I am and that I should be. Grant that i may understand that He loves me,my faults and all a
nd that I may accept MYSELF even as He accepts me!!
TO be alive to be the only one who ever was or will be just like me is an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY filled with limitless possibilities, let me LEARN MORE AND MORE TO ENJOY JUST BEING ME!!

when i feel good i sing

I picture something, it's beautiful
It's full of life, and it is all blue
I've seen the sunset on the beach, yeah
It makes me feel calm
When I'm calm, I feel good
And when I feel good, I sing
And the joy it brings makes me feel good
And when I feel good, I sing
And the joy it brings
Come on along
I know you really wanna feel our song
We've got some life to bring
We've got some joy in this thing
I see birds fly across the sky
And everyone's heart flies together
Food is frying and people smiling
Like there is no other way to feel good
And when I feel good, I sing
And the joy it brings makes me feel good
Cos when I feel good, I sing
Of the joy it brings
Come on along
I know you really wanna feel our song
We've got some life to bring
We've got some joy in this thing
It brings me freedom
Got to get you some of that freedom
It's a freedom
Singing freedom
You deserve your freedom
It's a smile you can feel in your heart beat!!:)

Think of life as a terminal illness, because, if you do, you will live it with joy and passion, as it ought to be lived. (Anna Quindlen, A Short Guide To A Happy Life,
Yesterday is gone, and cannot be re-lived. Tomorrow is not guaranteed and not yet in existence. All we have is the present moment, the present day. Right now! (By the time I finish this sentence, ten more seconds will have passed away and a new second of life will be born!)
One thing to always keep tucked away in the pocket of your mind is that things happen in our amazing Universe that are beyond our control, just as well as there are things that are within our control. For those things we can control, we may not think, speak or do perfectly. So what!? Once the moment has passed, another moment is born. Another moment to learn from past mistakes. Another moment to take a new direction. Life goes on whether we choose to flow with it or not! So, let’s go for a ride!
Once awareness arrives, life is never the same again. It has been through awareness that I am able to view life through the lenses of perspective with clarity. It is through awareness that I find myself looking for the positive in ALL situations.

Journey

Hope.
We are similar to a young baby. We, too, need to learn to walk in hope, success and worthiness, so we can learn to run with a strong sense of self (Self-Esteem). Once we do, we will see with more clarity, absent the collection of dingy and dreary litter in Self. We will be able to run to success, run to the unknown without paralyzing fear or self-doubt, run with optimism while embracing the perspective that there is good in our lives and know the value of our presence in the Universe and among those around us … free from inner clutter. We must master walking before we are able to run; we must know who we are before we can be aware of who we are not!

Pray for a Stranger -

This touched me deeply, I hope all Prays for someone we don't know~~jill
By Rick Hamlin, October 14, 2011
I was having a late lunch, sitting on some steps in front of a building near our office on a bright October day. A fellow in a black jacket and a tie was sitting nearby, but I wasn’t paying much attention to him. I was enjoying the sun, the New York street traffic and my lentil soup.
Out of the blue the guy said, “What do you do when you feel stressed?” I turned to him. He was youngish, late 20s, with dark hair, a slight mustache and an earnest expression. I wasn’t sure how to answer.
“Sitting outside helps,” I said. “I take a break. Send an email to a friend. Go for a walk.” Should I tell him I prayed, or would that freak him out?
“I get so stressed at my job," the man said. "I’m ready to quit. Everybody is so hard on me.”
“You look like you work hard.” I would try encouragement. “Maybe you’re too hard on yourself. I’ll bet you’re really responsible. People probably appreciate what you’re doing. They just don’t say it.”
“I’m too much of a perfectionist.” He looked down at his hands. “I worry so much that I can’t sleep. I didn’t even want to come to work today.”
“Does your family know?” Why was he asking me?
“My family loves me,” he said. Good, I thought. At least he had that going for him.
“Can you think of three things you’re grateful for?” I asked. “I’m grateful that it’s such a beautiful day.”
"Yes,” he said, seeming to notice the sun for the first time.
“And your family,” I suggested.
“I’m grateful for them,” he said.
“I also pray,” I said. “I take a deep breath, even if I’m in front of my computer, close my eyes and pray. What’s your name?”
“John,” he said.
“Hi, John. I’m Rick.” I stuck out my hand. “I come here for lunch when I’ve got a chance. Maybe we’ll see each other again. Until then I’ll pray for you, John.”
“Thanks.” He shook my hand vigorously. I got up to go, with one stranger to add to my prayer list. I hope I see him again. By then I ‘m not sure he’ll be a stranger.

My Most Invigorating Prayer -

My Most Invigorating Prayer
by-Rick Warren
Evidently this was Eleanor Roosevelt’s favorite prayer. When you read it you can see why. Every night at the end of a long day, she would put on her old blue robe, kneel by her bed with its hard mattress and say this prayer.
Our Father, who has set a restlessness in our hearts and made us all seekers after that which we can never fully find, forbid us to be satisfied with what we make of life. Draw us from base content and set our eyes on far-off goals. Keep us at tasks too hard for us that we may be driven to thee for strength.
Deliver us from fretfulness and self-pitying. Make us sure of the good we cannot see and of the hidden good in the world. Open our eyes to simple beauty all around us and our hearts to the loveliness men hide from us because we do not try to understand them. Save us from ourselves and show us a vision of a world made new.

Wow! , I read this and thought it was just beautiful,I wanted to always keep this and say this as well:)

When you look out into your future, what do you see? What are the dreams and desires that you hold close to your heart?
So many people start with bold dreams, but then opposition comes. Life doesn’t turn out the way they planned. They lose a loved one or encounter difficulty they didn’t anticipate. Today, I want to remind you that the Creator of the universe designed you with specific gifts and talents that no one else has. He has you on this planet for a specific purpose. When you commit your life to Him, He promises to be with you wherever you go. Even though some things in life may have caught you by surprise, they didn’t catch God by surprise. His good plan for your life remains. You can trust Him because He loves you with an everlasting love, and He doesn’t want to see you settling for anything less than His very best.
I want to encourage you to be bold, be strong and be courageous. Put aside the past and lift up your eyes to Jesus. He is the Author and Finisher of your faith. Live boldly and dream boldly so you can embrace the good things He has in store for you!

"If you watch television for any length of time, it won’t be long before you see products and pills advertised to make you thinner, smarter, younger looking, more successful and ultimately claim to change your life. But the truth is all you need in order to change your life is already in your hand. God has given you the ability and the power to be transformed into the person He created you to be.
I heard somebody said, “Sight has to do with what we can see, but vision has to do with what we can be.” The reason some people are stuck at the same level is because their vision is limited. They don’t see themselves growing, increasing, being promoted or getting healthier. All they see is more of the same. More lack. More struggle. More defeat. They’re producing what they’re seeing.
Friend, don’t let that be you! Instead, let the Word of God wash over you and renew your thinking. See yourself the way God sees you. See yourself rising higher. See yourself becoming stronger, healthier and wiser. Change the picture you have of your life, and you will change your life. See yourself the way God sees you and receive the wonderful blessings He has in store for your future!"

A dear friend sent this to me by mail, wanted to write and share this on this beautiful Sunday!!
"I Know my blessed Savior Is always in control. He's with me in the beginning AND at the end of every Goal.
Life can be a struggle,Hardships I will see. The sooner I will call on Him MUCH better off I'll be.My stubborn human nature, with foolish, selfish pride,Makes me think I can do it all WITHOUT HIM by my side. FINALLY I surrender; On my Lord I call. He's there with OPEN ARMS TO CATCH ME WHEN I FALL."

Have you ever imagined God laughing in the heavens? Think about it for a moment. Right now, God is on the throne. He’s not mad. He’s not worried about the economy. He’s not upset with us. No, God is full of joy and laughing on the throne. It goes on to tell us in Psalm 37 that He’s laughing because “He can see the destruction of the enemy coming.” In other words, the reason God laughs is because He knows the end of the story. He knows the final outcome. The good news is that you and I win. God always causes us to triumph!
Imagine watching the Super Bowl when you already know the outcome. You already know who is going to win. No matter how far behind the winning team falls, no matter how bad it looks for them, you wouldn’t get upset. You wouldn’t be worried. Why? Because you’ve got inside information. You know the final outcome. That’s what God is saying to us today. When it gets tough and things don’t look like they’re going to work out, we know that with God we are on the winning team! Today, you can laugh with Him knowing that He has favor, strength and victory in store for your future!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father in heaven, I choose to rest and trust in You. Thank You for bringing victory in every area of my life. Give me opportunities today to share Your joy and love with the people around me. In Jesus’ name,
Amen!!,

Many people are waiting for their circumstances to change in order to be happy and enjoy their lives. All the time I hear things like, “As soon as I get out of this problem, I’ll be happy.” “As soon as I lose ten pounds...as soon as my business grows...as soon as my child straightens up...” No, if you don’t put your foot down and decide to be happy right now, there will always be something to keep you from being happy.
God never intended for us to put off our happiness. We have a choice to make each and every day. We have to set our minds in the right direction. That’s why David said, “This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.” He was saying, “This is the day to be happy; not tomorrow, not when the weather clears up. Not next week, when I don’t have to work so hard. Not next month, when I make it through this difficult time.” No, choose to honor the Lord right now by choosing to enjoy your life. Get rid of the excuses and rejoice because this is the day that the Lord has made!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father God, thank You for this day. Thank You for another opportunity to sing Your praise. I choose to set my mind and heart on You. I choose to rejoice and be glad so that everything I do brings honor to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

I can't do one without the other

The other day I closed my eyes in prayer, ready to go on some spiritual journey that would take me to a quiet, peaceful place, but all too soon I was thinking about tons of other stuff, urgent matters and clutter in the brain, worries about work and family and friends. I thought of a friend who’s desperately looking for a job and a colleague who got a bad report from her oncologist and the homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk.
Then there was all the “me” stuff—frustrations, anxieties, wishing someone would respond to an email or return a phone call, irritation at some imagined failing.
It would seem wise to skip all of that and go straight to a quiet, peaceful prayer, but I’ve discovered that then I’m not being very honest. I’m not even in the mood for calm. I need to pray for all the things that swim in my head.
Then, and only then, am I ready for a quiet letting go, a shedding of myself, an acceptance of goodness, a listening to God.
It would be easy to say that prayer should be one thing or another, but it doesn’t really work that way, at least not for me. I need to ask God for tangible things. I need to go through my own “give us this day our daily bread” list. Then I can sink into that other deep spot of “Father, thy will be done.”
It takes both kinds of prayer, the asking and the letting go. I can’t do the one without the other.

"When you go about your day, are you looking for God’s favor? Do you expect His goodness to overflow? Many people wake up and just believe to make it through the day, but God has so much more in store for you. What He has laid out for your future is more than you can imagine! What He’s got arranged for your family is more than you’ve ever even dreamed of. I believe that if you will take hold of this truth by faith, you will see supernatural doors begin to open. You’ll see promotion like you haven’t seen before!
No matter where you are in life, no matter what’s happening around you, start looking for more of God’s favor. Don’t settle for where you are. Don’t settle for just barely getting by. Believe that God is good, and He wants to do more in and through you. Remember, what you seek, you will find. So seek Him first, and He will pour out His supernatural favor upon you!" In Jesus name, Amen

Sunday, June 19, 2011

So many people today get down and discouraged because they only focus on their present circumstances. They’re constantly dwelling on their problems, what they don’t have, and what’s wrong with them. They don’t realize it, but they’re allowing the enemy to steal their hope. This negative frame of mind is what keeps people from moving forward in life.
Understand today that faith is confidence and assurance about the things we hope for according to the promises of God. Like an arrow, your faith points to the target of hope. If you don’t have hope, that arrow of faith has nothing to aim for. It won’t accomplish anything. But when you keep your hopes up, when you keep expecting and believing, it’s like making that target larger and larger and easier to hit!
Choose today to live with an attitude of expectancy. Don’t focus on your circumstances; focus on your God! Get your hopes up! Take captive every negative thought. As you focus on God’s goodness and faithfulness, you’ll feel that hope inside of you growing. Give your faith a target and move forward confidently in the direction of your dreams!

Tuesday, June 14, 2011

If you’ve been going through financial difficulties, then it’s time to stop looking at the problem and start seeing yourself blessed. If you’ve been battling sickness and disease, then it’s time to stop dwelling on negative reports and start seeing yourself healed. If you’ve been having relational issues, then it’s time to stop being filled with anger and unforgiveness and start seeing yourself filled with love and joy that you can express to others. If you live this way, you’re going to succeed. You’re going to find victory in everything you do.

A note given to me by a precious friend

Dear jill,I want to encourage you that we serve a big God who wants to do big things in your life. You were created to live blessed and fulfilled! You may not feel this is happening right now but I want you to know, it’s your time to start seeing things change for the better. And the key to this happening is in that one word, “seeing.” Despite what the circumstances around you are saying, you first have to see God at work in your midst. This takes believing and activating your faith. Hebrews 11:1 says “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see”. What this promise is saying, is that before you see it take place on the outside, you first have to get a picture down on the inside, of what the potential and possibilities are.

Integrity is a powerful attribute in the life of the believer. Integrity means that you are dependable. You are a person of your word. You’re consistent and honest.
You might say, “Oh, I’m a pretty good person. I do the right thing most of the time.” But understand, it’s the little foxes that spoil the vine. You can veer off course just a little bit, and before you know it, you’re miles away from your destination. Don’t allow the little things to keep you from your destiny; choose integrity — even when no one is looking. For instance, you might need some paper at home, but you shouldn’t take supplies from the office. Or, you might be running into a store for just a minute, but don’t park in the handicap parking spot unless you’re supposed to. If the checkout clerk makes a mistake and gives you too much money back, that’s not God’s provision, that’s a test of integrity!
Remember, if you’ll be faithful and choose integrity in the little things, God will make you ruler over much. Be a person of integrity and open the door for God’s blessing and honor all the days of your life!

Today's Word:
Oftentimes, when we have a dream in our heart, we start off strong. We head down the path toward our goal, and we’re so excited! But along the way, we hit some roadblocks and encounter some adversity. Many times, people will just give up and take the easy way out. But we have to remember, it’s not how we start that counts; it’s how we finish. Anybody can be fired up at the beginning, but I’m encouraging you to stick with it until the end! Have the determination to go all the way through. Don’t stop at the halfway mark just because times are tough. Don’t quit because you don’t see anything happening. The scripture tells us not to walk by sight, but to walk by faith.
Today, if there’s a dream in your heart, something you’re believing for—a relationship to turn around, a business opportunity or to overcome an addiction—keep pursuing it! Run your race to win the prize! Don’t settle until you see the fullness of what God has placed in your heart. As you stand strong in your faith, I believe God will pour out His favor and blessing upon you, and you will see the victory He has in store for you!
Prayer for Today:
Heavenly Father, today I choose to stand strong in You. I set my focus on Your promises and choose to run my race with conviction. I let go of the past by faith today and press forward into the destiny You have in store for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen!

my prayer for today

Father God, thank You for Your resurrection power at work in my life. Today, I give You my broken dreams, disappointments, failures and setbacks and trust that You will breathe Your life into me. I trust that You have a good plan for my future and are leading me into total victory! In Jesus' Name.Amen.
I LOVE YOU with ALL my heart and soul."

Easter

"We have a reason to celebrate today because we serve a God who is alive and filled with resurrection power! Not only did He resurrect Jesus from the dead, but He wants to extend His resurrection power into every single area of your life, today!
Maybe you have a dream to get out of debt, pay off your house or be free from that burden of lack; but it looks like it's impossible. Business is slow. The economy is down. You've gone as far as your education allows. But God is saying, "I'm not limited by those things. I've got resurrection power. I can give you one break that will thrust you to a new level. I can open up doors that no man can shut. I can bring talent out of you that you didn't know you had. I can cause people, for no reason, to go out of their way to want to be good to you."
Your part is to keep believing today knowing that He wants to bring you into supernatural increase. Remember, He is risen, He is alive, and He is faithful to His Word. Trust Him today and let His resurrection power work in your life!!!"

Tuesday, April 12, 2011

''So often, people limit themselves in their thinking. They don’t think they’ll ever accomplish their dreams. They start thinking they don’t have the talent, the connections or the funds. They don’t think a marriage could ever be restored or they’ll ever get out of debt. But that kind of thinking comes from looking at things in the natural. That’s a limited perspective. We have to realize that God is a supernatural God. And just because we don’t see a way doesn’t mean that God doesn’t have a way. God can bring one opportunity across your path that will thrust you to a new level. He has explosive blessings that can blast you out of debt and into abundance! He can do what medical science can’t do!
Today, I encourage you to take the limits off your thinking. Lift up your eyes to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. Trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf, and He will make a way out of no way. Remember, what you are facing may seem impossible with man, but when God puts His “super” on your “natural,” anything is possible!''

"If you've felt like you've wasted years of your life in the wrong job, hanging around the wrong people, doing the wrong things, God will gather those years and restore them back to you. He'll take those experiences that the enemy meant for your harm and turn them around for your good. He'll make you stronger, wiser and better off than you were before. He can launch you further into your destiny than before. Be encouraged today because with God all things are possible and nothing is ever wasted!"

"Sometimes the day-to-day pressures of life can cause unnecessary stress. In fact, many people lose sleep worrying about things or people in their lives. But God doesn’t want us to live stressed out and overwhelmed. He wants us to live a life of rest and peace.
Today I will break free by pruning back and weeding out those demands that cause needless stress.; as
you show me what to do, help me have the determination and the courage to follow through and make
these changes."

Strength

No matter what weakness you think you may have, no matter what inadequacies or setbacks you’ve encountered, God wants to give you His divine strength! He wants to make up the difference and put you further ahead than you ever thought possible. One time in the Old Testament, God simply multiplied the sound of four men’s footsteps and caused them to sound like a mighty army. When their enemies heard them, they took off running. There were thousands of enemy troops running for their lives, scared to death, thinking they were being attacked by a massive army when, in fact, it was just four people! What happened? God made up the difference.

Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is
something you design for the present.

Just a little thought i wanted to write today!!.)

"We all have times when we wake up in the morning and feel the blahs and the blues. Just
because we feel these emotions doesn't mean we have to stay there and give in to them. so,
we need to say " Nope thats not for me, this is going to be a good day!!" We can shake it off
and move forward in Faith and Strength, because this is the day the Lord has given us. Lets all
have a great and blessed day with a smile from within and to all we see today and everyday!!"

New Beginnings

"We all love to see miraculous transformations, whether it is a sports team that goes from
worst to first, a life saving surgery or even an amazing home make-overs we see on t.v.;
Anytime we want to have a change though, especially one that makes our life better, it requires
us to believe that it can happen. We have to make a choice to have hope. Most of us have found
ourselves in a place where we were on the edge of loosing something precious to us.
It all begins with a choice; the choice to never give up."

encouragement and without the tender mercies that lift me up when I get too tired and the

my load and carring my burden when I call on you!!. Thanks for giving me an extra measure
of grace for this day. You're my dearest friend and companion. I love you!!!."

"'Sometimes it feels like I can't catch my breath between life's lessons, running and
straining to keep up.,but if I hold tight with strength, I can fly."

happiness

"One time when i was a child, my dad and his friend were playing the guitars together. The music called out my joy and happiness and i began to somersault and dance with no thought of anything or anyone else. Of all the human expressions of joy, dancing is perhaps the most delightful and complete. During a moment of along time, invite your joy to come out of hiding by turning up your favorite music and dancing with abandon."

May our feet be made strong; let us dance before you eternally.
"You have turned my morning into dancing;...and clothed me with joy."psalm 30:11
